A NexusAG agency in the Riebeek West area, offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is detail-driven, enjoys creating structure, and working accordingly.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to function well under pressure, and capable of providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.

A relevant tertiary qualification (B.Com / Finance) and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, are the minimum requirements for this role. A combination of excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written); strong computer literacy; thorough knowledge of financial systems (Pastel) and computer software (Excel & Word); as well as strong administrative and task-driven skills are further requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
• Placing and processing of stock orders;
• Stock control and reconciliations;
• Storage management and supervision of store personnel;
• Management of delivery vehicles;
• General depot administration;
• Liaison with auditors, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
• Financial administration – processing of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, payments, petty cash, and VAT;
• Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
