Employer: Dante Group (Pty) Ltd

Our client, a well-established company within the supply chain industry, is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join their team based in Kraaifontein, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bulk and local deliveries, managing dispatch documentation, communicating with customers regarding orders and transport, and ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dispatch or a similar role
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
Valid forklift license with proven operating experience
Valid South African driver’s license and reliable transport
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
Strong time management, organisational, and leadership skills
Excellent numeracy and problem-solving abilities
Customer-orientated with a proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
