Switchboard Operator / Receptionist

We seek a presentable and professional switchboard operator / receptionist with excellent telephone etiquette to join our Head Office.

We offer a competitive salary, a provident fund, optional medical aid, and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

You will be required to operate a busy switchboard efficiently and professionally. You may be required to assist with ad hoc admin duties as needed.

Required Skills

Receptionist: 3 to 4 years
Switchboard Operator: 3 to 4 years
Computer Literate Experience: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

You must be fluent in English.
You must be able to communicate in Afrikaans.
You must have exceptional telephone etiquette with a professional and courteous telephone voice.
You must have a customer service approach to your job.
You must have a matric.
You must be able to manage an extremely busy switchboard effectively.
You must be able to manage conflict situations.
You must be able to perform in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
