What you'll do

• Partner with clients, SMEs, and internal teams to understand business context, risk drivers, and performance gaps

• Design and facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather insights and learner realities

• Translate inputs into clear learning goals, behavioural outcomes, and success measures

• Create realistic, human-centred scenarios, narratives, and learning pathways

• Develop digital learning solutions and ensure high-quality experiences in collaboration with multimedia developers and facilitators

• Review and refine learning materials based on feedback and data insights

• Maintain high standards of quality while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Stay current with trends and tools in learning design to improve practices continuously
