We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist / Practice Administrator to join our well-established practice in Irene, Centurion. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a service-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities:General administrative duties including filing, answering calls, booking appointments, and taking paymentsProfessionally assisting patients and vendorsReceiving deliveries and assisting with sourcing and purchasing practice suppliesManaging stock, including organizing and stock takingHosting and welcoming clients, ensuring they feel comfortable (including offering refreshments)Providing patients with information about services offered at the practiceAssisting with general day-to-day practice dutiesAttending training and learning new skills for professional development

Minimum requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, or waitering will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, reliable, and professional
• Client-focused with excellent organizational skills
