How you'll role

As a Learning Experience Developer, you will play a key role in building and developing high-quality digital learning experiences using Articulate tools and multimedia. Your expertise will turn designs into polished eLearning modules while ensuring technical integrity and learner engagement. You'll collaborate closely with instructional designers and project leads to deliver impactful learning solutions.

What you'll do

• Build and develop digital learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise

• Translate storyboards, scripts, and design concepts into fully functional, SCORM-compliant eLearning

• Integrate multimedia elements including video, audio, animation, motion graphics, and interactive components

• Ensure learning experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to the intended learner journey

• Create and adapt visual assets in collaboration with instructional designers, creative designers, and project leads

• Apply strong visual and interaction design principles to enhance engagement and usability

• Optimise media for performance across devices and platforms

• Act as a quality assurance reviewer on eLearning projects developed by others

• Review modules for instructional alignment, technical accuracy, UX consistency, accessibility, and brand standards

• Support the development and maintenance of build standards, templates, and QA checklists

• Contribute to improving development efficiency through reusable components and templates

• Stay current with Articulate updates, multimedia trends, and eLearning best practices, applying them pragmatically
