Our client, founded in 2008, has grown into a national network of 24 practices. Their team of dedicated Audiologists focuses on improving clients’ lifestyles and hearing needs through personalised care. The company is known for excellent customer service, continuous service delivery, and building lifelong professional relationships. They are seeking a driven and experienced Medical Sales Representative to support business development and assist practices with patient management.

This role is well-suited to a sales professional who thrives in a healthcare environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is comfortable working independently while traveling regularly. The position plays a key role in driving business growth and improving clients’ quality of life through professional hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities within assigned regions

  • Actively sell hearing aids and related products

  • Assist with the fitting, basic maintenance, and after-sales support of hearing aids

  • Support practices with patient management and follow-up care

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, practices, and referral partners

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand business potential

  • Professionally represent the brand in line with company values

  • Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting


Job Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • 2–5 years’ sales experience (medical or healthcare sales advantageous)

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

  • Willingness to travel extensively

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing will be advantageous

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Ontwikkel en bestuur nuwe en bestaande besigheidsgeleenthede binne toegewyde streke

  • Aktiewe verkope van gehoorapparate en verwante produkte

  • Installasie, basiese instandhouding en opvolgdiens van gehoorapparate

  • Ondersteuning van praktyke met pasiĆ«ntbestuur en kliĆ«nte-opvolg

  • Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met pasiĆ«nte, praktyke en verwysingsnetwerke

  • Identifiseer groeigeleenthede en implementeer strategieĆ« om besigheidspotensiaal uit te brei

  • Markverteenwoordiging van die handelsmerk op ’n professionele en etiese wyse

  • Administratiewe verslagdoening en byhou van verkoopsaktiwiteite


Pos Vereistes:

  • Graad 12 (Matriek)

  • 2–5 jaar ondervinding in verkope (mediese of gesondheidsorg-omgewing sal voordelig wees)

  • Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie betroubare vervoer

  • Bereidheid om gereeld te reis

  • ’n Graad of diploma in Bemarking sal voordelig wees
