Welcome and connect with walk-in clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle debtor follow-ups in a professional manner.
Communicate with clients via phone and email – no cold calling required.
Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure a welcoming environment.
Provide hospitality to visiting clients.
Manage online sales, including responding to enquiries and processing orders.
Ensure accuracy of deliveries and oversee order follow-through.
Handle Takealot sales management.
3–5 years’ experience in sales.
Prior experience in the furniture industry.
Strong product knowledge of office and general furniture.
Computer literacy with ability to manage online platforms.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Bubbly personality – essential for engaging with walk-in clients and building strong relationships.
Proactive and solutions-oriented.
Honest and transparent – able to acknowledge mistakes and work towards solutions.
Independent and self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities without close supervision.

- Bestuur aanlyn verkope, insluitend reaksie op navrae en verwerking van bestellings.
- Verseker akkuraatheid van aflewerings en toesig oor bestellings.
- Hanteer Takealot-verkopebestuur.
- 3–5 jaar ervaring in verkope.
- Vorige ervaring in die meubelbedryf.
- Sterk produkkennis van kantoor- en algemene meubels.
- Rekenaarvaardigheid met die vermoë om aanlyn platforms te bestuur.
- Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels
- ’n Borrelende persoonlikheid – noodsaaklik om met instap-kliënte te gesels en sterk verhoudings te bou.
- Proaktief en oplossingsgedrewe.
- Eerlik en deursigtig – bereid om foute te erken en oplossings te vind.
- Onafhanklik en selfgemotiveerd met die vermoë om verantwoordelikhede sonder toesig te hanteer.
