Our client, a table grape farm based in Montagu (Western Cape), has a vacancy for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

This is a part-time, half-day role during the off-season, with full-time hours required during the in-season period (November - March).

Responsibilities will include: *General office management and administration *Audit administration, including SIZA and GlobalGap *Due diligence administration *Financial administration, including wages and leave administration *Filing and record keeping of all documents *Purchasing office and production supplies *Receiving, controlling, and coordinating deliveries *All other duties related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the table grape industry;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas);
• Written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Excellent numerical skills;
• Own reliable transport;
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
