Job Description:



Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing MEP Design Engineering division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated by success and financial reward. You will play a key role in sourcing top engineering talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within a highly consultative market.





Key Responsibilities:





Proactively source and engage with candidates, making 50+ outbound calls per day to introduce exciting new career opportunities



Headhunt high-calibre candidates within the engineering and construction sector



Provide consultative advice to candidates, including salary guidance, market insights, and career advice



Network effectively and maximise the use of LinkedIn and other professional platforms



Manage and coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates through to successful placement



Write and post compelling job adverts for LinkedIn, job boards, and the company website



Ensure all candidate and role-related administration is kept accurate and up to date
