Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our used vehicles. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales deals with customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication and sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect for potential customers interested in purchasing used vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers and provide information on features, specifications, and pricing
- Negotiate sales deals and assist with the financing process as needed
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, specifically selling used vehicles
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, vehicles, and financing options
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive industry preferred
