We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join a high-end wellness environment. The Senior Therapist will deliver advanced therapeutic and spa services, oversee and mentor junior therapists, and contribute to the continuous development of treatment programs and service standards.This role requires excellent technical expertise, strong leadership ability, and a passion for exceptional guest care within a luxury spa setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced spa and therapeutic treatments tailored to individual guest needs.Conduct thorough client consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and monitor guest progress and satisfaction.Supervise, mentor, and support junior therapists and interns, ensuring consistent service standards and professional growth.Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records, client notes, and operational reports.Ensure strict adherence to professional, ethical, health, and safety standards.Participate in team meetings to coordinate guest care, treatment strategies, and service improvements.Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of spa services, treatment menus, and guest experiences.Support management with training, quality control, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Therapy or Somatology (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Somatology, or similar).
• Registration with the appropriate professional body where applicable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience within a spa, wellness, or therapeutic environment.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, or training experience.
