Lesaka is looking for a Point of Sale Trainer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is focused on delivering high-quality training, support, and testing for our UNITY software, ensuring our clients and teams are equipped to perform at their best.

✅ Support testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
✅ Create and maintain training documentation that drives consistency and excellence

🔍 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Training
• Create and maintain training documentation
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external clients

Support & Testing
• Provide support for client queries and issues
• Test reported issues to identify and resolve problems
• Test new software releases from development to ensure quality and functionality

General Operational Duties
• Perform additional operational tasks as required by the business

🧠 Minimum Requirements & Competencies

✔️ Strong understanding of operations within the hospitality and retail sectors
✔️ Reliable car (insured for business use before commencement date)
✔️ Valid driver’s license
✔️ Management experience within hospitality and retail sectors
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
✔️ Fluent in English (written and oral)
✔️ Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
✔️ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
✔️ Punctual, reliable, and presentable
✔️ Reliable home infrastructure to support efficient remote working
✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision

🕒 Work Hours

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00
• Overtime may be required to support client queries
