We are a reputable, prevalent educational organisation that focuses on tutoring pupils attending school. We are in search of a reliable trainee manager with tutoring and admin experience to join our remote online team.We can provide administrative training for those that have no experience.
The roles and responsibilities:
-Tutor lessons in Maths/Science/English
-Schedule and organise lesson time tables
-Take incoming and outgoing sales calls
-Mentor students to a high standard
-Communicate with parents
-General data capturing and admin
Timetable (All times are UK / London times):
Our company operates different shifts with two of the most common shifts listed below. When working with us, you must be logged into our online office at all times with your camera turned on so you can work closely with your team and be supervised.
Shift 1 (Teaching schedule)
Monday and Tuesday off
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am-19:30pm
Saturday: 09:30am to 17:30pm
Sunday: 09:30am to 15:00pm
Shift 2 (Teaching schedule)
Thursday and Friday Off
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 09:30am-19:30pm
Saturday: 09:30am to 17:30pm
Sunday: 09:30am to 15:00pm
Shift 3 (Non-Teaching schedule)
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
(1 hour off each day for lunch except Sunday)
Pay Per Month:
After Probation: R12000
During Probation: R10000
The probation period is 4 months and is used for administrative training and to assess your ability to see if it is suited to our environment. If successful after one year, your pay will increase again at a rate depending on your department contribution.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements
1) Matric or equivalent (Maths core and Physical Science or Life Science preferred)
2) Administrative or Sales aptitude
3) Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
4) Good educational and employment reference history.
5) Have an excellent working computer with a camera and mic.
6) Strong, stable Internet connection.
7) Not be affected by load shedding (UPS or inverters needed if you are in a frequent loadshedding area).
