Financial ManagerCity Deep, JohannesburgOur client is seeking a Financial Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnering, driving growth, profitability and operational excellence

Minimum requirements:

CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, ACA or similar qualification (articles advantageous)
Minimum 5 years’ post-article finance experience
Proven experience in strategic finance leadership and business partnering
Strong SAP experience (FI, SD, and Administration modules mandatory)
Experience in digital finance transformation and data analytics
Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or an international environment preferred
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to support business strategy and decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting
Drive profitability, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives
Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury activities
Ensure strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit oversight
Lead SAP management and digital finance transformation initiatives
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and administration team
Manage key stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
