Job Title: Senior Projects Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects within the account. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. The Regional Projects Manager will provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers, ensuring that projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
3. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
4. Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and project risks to ensure successful project execution.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring the achievement of project goals and deliverables.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively taking corrective actions to ensure project success.
8. Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project assessments to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, project management frameworks, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant knowledge into project management practices.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and risk management.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of project managers.
4. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Projects and SAP management software.
6. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Professional Registration with recognized Project Management or Engineering Association will be advantageous
10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
