Typical Skills We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of software development experience in dynamic, product-driven environments.
• Strong backend development experience (Python, Django, Java, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, APIs, or scalable architecture design.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, lead or mentor teams, and think strategically.
• Bonus: experience with AI integrations, PropTech, or data-heavy platforms.
