Employer: Sentinel Staffing Services
- Assemble, wire, and test electronic equipment and components
- Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electronic systems
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks in line with specifications
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and technical support where required
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, test records, and reports
- Support production, engineering, and quality teams with technical input
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and company policies
- Assist with continuous improvement of products and technical processes
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma / NQF qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as an Electronic Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems
- Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Advantageous Experience
- Experience in manufacturing or mining-related electronic equipment
- Exposure to intrinsically safe equipment and mining regulations
- PCB assembly, testing, or repair experience
- Experience with calibration, instrumentation, or quality testing
- Field service or site support experience
