How you'll role

In this role, you will facilitate a series of in-person workshops designed to enhance collaboration between talent and business partners.. Utilizing a unique experiential simulation, you'll help surface underlying tensions, reset relationships, and co-create effective ways of working in a complex, matrixed corporate environment. You will be instrumental in fostering trust, clarity, and shared accountability among participants.
