RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Kraaifontein, Western Cape

Requirements:

-   National Diploma in Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar with Minimum 4 years’ retail experience, including managerial responsibility.

-   Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills

-   Excellent MS Office skills and retail system knowledge

-   Strong financial & operational acumen

-   Ability to lead in a diverse environment with sound judgement and resilience

Key Responsibilities

-        Overall branch management (sales, staff, stock & admin)

-        Driving profitability and achieving sales targets

-        Stock control, reconciliations & operational compliance

-        Delivering exceptional customer service

-        Leading, motivating and developing a high-performance team

-        Implementing promotional initiatives and in-store execution

-        Supporting digital systems and process optimisation
