We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our office supplies and equipment company. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from overseeing accounts payable and receivable to reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
Assist with budgeting and forecasting financial performance
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation
Handle payroll processing and employee expenses
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters
Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
Assist with audits and financial assessments as needed
Key Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in the Office Supplies - Equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Reconcile sales invoices and ensure accuracy of entries
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records
Assist with financial audits and tax preparation
Monitor cash flow and financial health of the business
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
Key Skills:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
