Electrical Quantity Surveyor – Leading Electrical Contractor

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the electrical contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of CCS (Construction Computer Software) – essential
• Experience with preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and variation orders
• Excellent contract management, financial reporting, and project cost control skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender submissions
• Monitor project budgets and manage cost control throughout project lifecycles
• Assess and negotiate variations and claims with clients and subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
