Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Butler or Guest Liaison in a 5-star hotel, lodge, or private household (essential)
• Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Trained in etiquette, protocol, and silver service
• Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented
• Physically fit, able to work long hours, including weekends and evenings
• Driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Cape Town / Hout Bay attractions and services (preferred)
