We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee plant operations, streamline production processes, and manage overall process flow. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, a practical leadership style, and the ability to work in a demanding, industrial manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate must be operationally involved, adaptable, and willing to travel into Africa for extended periods as required.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise plant operations and overall process flow
Streamline manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Oversee daily production activities involving raw materials and bitumen
Ensure plant equipment is maintained and operating efficiently
Apply practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
Lead by example in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Travel into Africa for periods of 2–3 weeks at a time, as required
Ensure continuity of operations during demanding production cycles
