Benla Enterprises (a truck body manufacturing company), is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties, assisting with procurement-related activities and be able to talk with suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data capturing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices, quotes, and make orders.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with basic accounts administration.
- Process purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory-related documents.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication professionally.
Training will also be given.
Required Skills
- Proficiency In Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Supplier Management
- Basic To Intermediate Understanding Of Invoicing, Quotations, And Order Processing
- Proven Experience In An Administrative Role : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in procurement or supply chain administration (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
