Key Responsibilities

• Capturing and allocating customer payments accurately

• Maintaining debtor accounts and ensuring records are up to date

• Following up on outstanding accounts via phone and email

• Sending statements and reminders to customers

• Assisting with monthly debtor reconciliations

• Liaising with sales and management regarding account queries

• General administrative and finance support duties
