We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role suits someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping operations efficient. Previous experience in retail manufacturing will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Answering calls, emails, and handling correspondence
• Must be familiar with SAGE
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
• Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical)
• Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record keeping
• Supporting management and staff with general administrative duties
Required Skills
- Sage Accounting Software: 2 to 3 years
- Microsoft Suites: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
