We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator / Cashier to manage cashier, administrative, and front-office functions. The role requires strong numerical ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls via the switchboard, transfer calls appropriately, and take and relay messages
Receive, verify, capture, and process cash or electronic payments, including refunds
Match invoices with payments and ensure accurate reconciliation
Manage cash float, bank deposits, transfers, and COD accounts
Maintain daily cash and card reconciliation sheets
Prepare and manage monthly waybills
Provide general administrative support, including data capturing, filing, and record maintenance
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of office activities
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Support team members and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsExperience
Minimum of 2 years’ cashier experience
Previous administrative experience essential
Switchboard experience advantageous
Skills and Knowledge
Strong numerical and figure-orientated ability
Excellent data capturing skills with high attention to detail
Ability to alphabetize and maintain organised filing systems
Strong customer service orientation
Bilingual (spoken and written)
Working knowledge of SAP advantageous
