A leading food manufacturing operation is looking for a Process Technologist to drive factory trials, pre-production, quality compliance, and successful product launches.

What you’ll do:

• Manage factory trials & pre-productions from concept to launch
• Ensure compliance with FSQMS, food safety & quality standards
• Document processes, recipes, specs & artwork sign-off
• Train factory teams on new product lines and floor set-ups
• Support NPD, QA, Operations & continuous improvement initiatives

What success looks like:

• On-time, successful product launches
• Consistent quality, yield optimisation & compliance

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (FSSC / ISO)
• Excellent communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
