Employer: JG Electronics
- Taking and processing orders via telephone, e-mail, and in person
- Assist clients in our retail store.
- Cashier function.
- Process quotes and invoices
- Consult with clients and advise on appropriate solutions
- Do live demonstrations in our demonstration rooms.
- Gather new leads and follow through on them till the sale is completed
- Retain and grow our existing client base
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office: 4 to 5 years
- Internal Sales: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Have experience in QuickBooks or a similar accounting program.
- Have at least 3 years proved internal sales experience
- Must be fluent in English. A second language will count in your favor.
- Must have advanced skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be meticulous and have good time management skills.
- Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Be energetic and a team player.
- Be organized
