Job Summary:

Hyundai Bloemfontein is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator - Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all service appointments, assisting customers with their service needs, and ensuring efficient and effective communication between customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and schedule service appointments in a timely manner
- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice on service options
- Communicate with customers regarding updates on their vehicle service and estimated completion times
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure work is completed on time and to customer satisfaction
- Process payment transactions and prepare invoices for completed services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service appointments and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
