Position: Dealer Principal

Location: Hyundai Cape Town

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Principal to oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing dealership operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Dealer Principal will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, service technicians, and administrative staff, as well as developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
- Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, service technicians, and administrative staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and profitability, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and the local community to drive business growth and brand awareness
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Strong understanding of automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements
