* Ensure customer satisfaction by always adhering to policy wording.
* Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources and Assesses vehicles photographs.
* Develop pricing / program recommendations for certain repairs.
* Operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
* Ability to negotiate favourable prices where required.
* To inspect the vehicle, find the cause of failure / problem, and supply a detailed but unbiased report,whichis impartial and fair.
* Able to assist with complaints resolutions.
* Meet stakeholder expectations by ensuring quality assessments are completed within the prescribed turn-around times.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effectivecommunicationand engagement.
