Reditron has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Support Consultant to enhance sales efficiency, support customers, and build strong client relationships. The role includes counter sales assistance, handling client enquiries, processing orders, and re‑engaging inactive clients to generate new business.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Assist walk-in clients and handle counter sales transactions professionally and efficiently.

• Provide prompt and accurate quotations, product information, and stock availability details to clients.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and past customers to identify new sales opportunities.

• Reignite dormant accounts by reaching out to inactive clients and re-establishing business relationships.

• Support the external sales team with lead generation, order follow-ups, and client coordination.

• Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately through the internal sales system.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring excellent after-sales service.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Contribute to monthly sales targets and performance goals.
