We are a quantitative AI trading firm operating in the financial markets. We provide investors with access to a fully automated, AI-powered quantitative trading system as part of our data-driven trading service, supported by structured risk management and systematic execution.
As part of our international growth, we have recently expanded our operations into South Africa and are building a high-performance local sales team to support investor acquisition and client engagement.
Role Overview:
This is a results-driven online sales role focused on generating leads digitally and converting them into investors.
You will engage potential investors through social media and direct communication, explain our trading service and system access, follow up with prospects, and close deals. While the role operates primarily online, candidates will be office-based initially to ensure structure, monitoring, and performance alignment. Remote flexibility may be considered once consistent results and trust are demonstrated.
We are confident in our trading service and closing process. Sales representatives are empowered to invite prospects to the office to support and accelerate the closing process.
This role is not suitable for beginners, content-only creators, or candidates seeking a fixed-salary position.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and engage leads through social media platforms and online channels
Communicate directly with potential investors via DMs, calls, and follow-ups
Convert leads into active investors
Invite and coordinate in-office meetings with prospects to support and accelerate closing
Work alongside a dedicated social media marketing team that provides content direction, editing, and production support
Participate in content creation when required by the marketing team (recording short-form content as directed)
Meet and exceed clear sales and performance targets
Maintain daily activity and performance reporting
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Proven experience in sales, online sales, or client acquisition
Comfortable discussing financial or investment-related services
Strong follow-up discipline with a clear closing mindset
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
An active social media presence with an existing audience, and willingness to leverage personal platforms for lead generation
Comfortable working in a structured, monitored, performance-driven environment
