This role goes beyond traditional HR management. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth through the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing people.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on growing high-performing agents and support teams
• Drive onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Support leadership with people strategy, coaching, and HR best practice
• Manage HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee relations
