A reputable and established company based in Germiston requires a Tender Admin Clerk:
DUTIES:
- Compiling tender documentation for bid applications (about 5 per month)
- Completing tender administration and records management
- For Director: Scheduling appointments, diary management, travel coordination, and meeting with logistics
- Drafting correspondence, managing filing systems, and supporting executive-level decision-making
- General admin duties
Candidate Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in office Administration, or equivalent Beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in compiling tender documentation for bid applications
- Strong background in tender administration and records management
- Proficiency in scheduling, diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Skilled in drafting correspondence, managing filing systems, and supporting executive-level decision-making
- Professional demeanor and proactive work ethic
