How you'll role
As an Interior Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of liaising with clients, offering personalised advice, and promoting a sophisticated range of interior products. This role involves understanding client needs, generating orders, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to after-sales support.
What you'll do
- Interact with and guide clients in the interior showroom
- Familiarize with and promote the full range of interior design products
- Generate orders and manage logistics through to delivery
- Nurture relationships with clients, both B2C and B2B, to generate leads
- Stay updated with sales and marketing trends
Required Skills
- Administration: 2 to 3 years
- Customer Service: 3 to 4 years
- Luxury Sales: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Recognised Diploma in Interior Design or Sales and Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury or design-related business
- Proven experience with high-end clientele services is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Attention to administrative detail and follow-through are essential
