TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Execution Manager: Grain Trading within the Grain division at Pretoria, Gauteng.

Job Summary
This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of grain trading transactions, ensuring accurate administration, effective logistical coordination, and strong process control from contract conclusion through to final delivery and settlement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Trading administration, including deal capturing, confirmations, and documentation
• Execution of grain trading contracts in line with agreed terms and timelines
• Coordination of logistics with internal teams, silos, transporters, and counterparties
• Ongoing process control to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation
• Contract management, including monitoring performance, amendments, and closures
• Liaising with traders, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Identifying execution risks and resolving operational issues proactively

 
Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
• 5 years’ experience in grain trading, trading execution, or agricultural operations
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Sound understanding of contracts, logistics flows, and process controls
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong coordination and follow-through
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Process-driven with a risk-aware mindset
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
• Willing to travel
• Valid Passport (advantageous)
