Hybrid role: Digital Strategy, Web Analytics, Conversion Tracking & Technical Growth Execution
Overview
You will be responsible for building and managing the full tracking, analytics, and conversion infrastructure across our portfolio, ensuring accurate data
collection, campaign measurement, and marketing performance optimization. You translate business and marketing goals into clean, measurable digital tracking
systems and actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Tracking & Tag Management
You need to set up the behind-the-scenes tracking that tells us what users are doing on websites and ensures all marketing platforms get clean, reliable data.
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side)
• Build scalable tag architectures and naming frameworks
• Configure multi platform events, conversions, and enhanced measurement
o Understand PII Law, settings for consent, 1st party cookies
• Create custom event schemas aligned to each client funnel
• Ensure accurate data flow across all pixels and ad platforms
o Send UTM Parameters, Transport Multiple Params for various platforms, adapt script to suit client CMS framework/needs.
2. Server-Side Tracking & Conversion APIs
Ability to track on a Luux server instead of just the website so ads platforms get better data,
performance improves, and we're future-proofed for privacy changes.
• Deploy and maintain GTM server containers (sGTM)
• Setup Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.

• Build hashed user-data pipelines (email, phone, IP)
• Handle event deduplication logic & conversion audit trails
• Ensure privacy, consent mode & data compliance
• Understand Graph testing, allow deny lists, custom conversion event approval so it shows up in campaigns.
3. Marketing Platform Integrations
Make sure each ad platform receives the right conversion data so campaigns optimize correctly and results are attributed properly.

4. Consent Management & Compliance
Make sure tracking follows privacy laws and works even when users choose cookie options.
• Google Consent Mode (v2)
• CMP platform setup & debugging (OneTrust, CookieScript, ConsentManager)
• Consent-based tag firing logic & regex-controlled triggers
• Data governance & privacy-safe measurement setup
5. Technical Scripts & Automations
Write lightweight code that helps us track forms and user actions even when normal tracking can't see them.
• Custom JavaScript for GTM listeners (AJAX, forms, SPA events)
• Form data capture (hidden fields, UTM mapping, event IDs, hashing)
• Debugging browser events, network payloads & server logs
o Redirects, CMP functionality, Pixel Errors
• Building robust tracking frameworks reusable across clients
• Cross domain tracking, autolinking
• GA4 property debug / setup, duplicate removals,
Google Ads lining, Reporting
Identity Comprehension, Custom metrics and dimensions, custom data for Google Tags
• Understand Google Tag linking and setup
• Google Ads Settings Comprehensions, Google Tag vs GTM Enhanced Conversion difference, setup and debugging.
6. Cross-Team Support & Strategy
Bridge marketing and technology so everyone speaks the same language and we make data-driven decisions.
• Work with creative, paid media, dev, and CRM teams
• Translate technical setup into simple language for clients
• Educate on analytics best practices
• Support for client strategy calls and lead tracking approach

• Optimize Client Containers
• Use Tables for Multi Site / Regional Containes
