Centurion company is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer & Department Manager. Will take full ownership of Test Jig Department, supporting electronics manufacturing, embedded systems, and IoT production environments.Senior, hands-on leadership role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of automated test systems, production reliability, and real-world hardware. Manager who will oversee test infrastructure used across high-volume manufacturing lines and customer-specific IoT deployments.The role spans test software architecture, embedded firmware, electronics design, production data systems, and client-facing operational support.

Our client doe R&D and manufacturing for mainly the commercial sector. They require exposure to an electronics manufacturing, IoT production systems, and advanced test automation.

This role will test skills in rigorous environment with high engineering standards.

Qualifications and skills required:

BEng /BTech Electronic Engineering
Advanced LabVIEW expertise, with proven experience building scalable, production-grade test frameworks.
Strong background in electronics manufacturing test systems.
PCB design using Altium Designer.
Embedded systems development using C/C++ for microcontrollers.
Experience with IoT device testing, provisioning, and production validation.
MySQL database design
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, LabVIEW, Altium Designer, VS Code.
Strong diagnostic capability in high-pressure manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Department Ownership & Production Delivery
Test Architecture, maintain, and enforce standardised LabVIEW-based test frameworks, designed for modular hardware abstraction and long-term maintainability.
