🌟 Customer Success Consultant

Our client is seeking a driven and client-focused Customer Success Consultant to build and maintain strong, sustainable client relationships. This role is integral to proactive client communication, payment follow-ups, and retention processes, ensuring consumers remain compliant while receiving ethical and professional service.

💰 Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (depending on experience)

📋 Key Responsibilities

☎️ Client Communication & Retention

  • Remind consumers of monthly debt review payments.

  • Engage clients regarding unpaid collections and negotiate resolutions.

  • Manage retention transfer requests and documentation.

  • Handle SOS clients and implement rescue or retention interventions.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and compliance.

🗂️ Administration & Recordkeeping

  • Log all client interactions accurately on internal systems.

  • Maintain client records in line with POPIA requirements.

  • Escalate complex cases when required.

📊 Performance & Compliance

  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and targets.

  • Ensure all communication and documentation meets compliance and quality standards.

  • Participate in training and performance reviews.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, collections, or sales.

  • Additional studies are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

📋 Hoof Verantwoordelikhede

☎️ Kliëntkommunikasie & Retensie

  • Herinner verbruikers aan hul maandelikse skuldhersieningsbetalings.

  • Skakel met kliënte oor uitstaande betalings en onderhandel toepaslike oplossings.

  • Hanteer retensie-oordragversoeke en verseker volledige dokumentasie.

  • Bestuur SOS-kliënte en implementeer reddings- of retensiestrategieë.

  • Volg konsekwent op om kliëntbetrokkenheid en nakoming te verseker.

🗂️ Administrasie & Rekordhouding

  • Teken alle kliëntaksies en uitkomste akkuraat op interne stelsels aan.

  • Handhaaf opgedateerde kliëntrekords volgens POPIA-vereistes.

  • Eskaleer komplekse of onopgeloste sake waar nodig.

📊 Prestasie & Nakoming

  • Werk doelgerig om maandelikse KPI’s en invorderingsteikens te bereik of te oortref.

  • Verseker dat alle kommunikasie en dokumentasie aan gehalte- en nakomingsstandaarde voldoen.

  • Neem deel aan opleiding, terugvoersessies en prestasie-evaluerings.

🎓 Pos Vereistes

  • Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).

  • 1–2 jaar ondervinding in kliëntediens, invorderings of verkope.

  • Verdere studies in Kliëntediens, Invorderings of Besigheidsadministrasie is voordelig.

  • Goeie rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office en CRM-stelsels).

  • Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.

  • Sterk onderhandelings- en oorredingsvermoë.

  • Vermoë om moeilike gesprekke professioneel te hanteer.
