A Packhouse Manager role has become available in our packing facility at our Malandene Farm in Paarl.
Minimum Requirements: *Grade 12 Senior Certificate minimum requirement *Diploma in Agriculture or in the food hospitality industry will be beneficial*
*2-3 years’ work experience in a similar or related role* Management skills*
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have good numerical and planning skills *Must be self-disciplined, a team-player, honest and of high integrity*Must be willing to work long hours and alternative weekends
Candidate Requirements
Duties and responsibilities: *Management of the pack house operations including all pack house staff, production and administration *Sound leadership and direction in the pack house ensuring quality product output, accuracy, and consistency in packhouse processes and documentation *Sales* Procurement*Logistics* Ensuring high standards of health and safety practices *Audits, technical requirements & administration
