Our client, a reputable and well established construction company, focused on medium to large scale building projects, seeks to employ two experienced site/construction managers to join this progressive and expanding professional team in Cape Town. Please note that this role is not suited to candidates with a background in Civils but rather focused on building of malls, medical centres, luxury residential estates, high-rise commercial buildings and educational institutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing medium to large scale building projects.
You will have a strong background in overseeing and coordinating site operations, ensuring the highest quality workmanship, as well as driving the achievement of targets, and cost factors.
You will have a solid understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts and related administration thereof, be proficient in contractual financial and progress reporting, as well as drafting QA, Safety and Resource plans
Strong skills in MS Office advanced, as well as CCS Candy essential
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
