Our client, a reputable and well established construction company, focused on medium to large scale building projects, seeks to employ two experienced site/construction managers to join this progressive and expanding professional team in Cape Town. Please note that this role is not suited to candidates with a background in Civils but rather focused on building of malls, medical centres, luxury residential estates, high-rise commercial buildings and educational institutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing multiple and complex medium to large scale building projects (SACPCMP registration is highly advantageous).
You will have a proven track record in managing construction site operations, quality assurance, HSE, procurement per project, as well as subcontractor management.
You will be well presented and articulate in order to communicate effectively to staff, clients and contractors.
You will have a successful track record in completing high quality workmanship, within budget and deadlines.
Proficiency in Advanced MS Office and CCS Candy/Buildsmart essential.
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
