Requirements:

•        Diploma or Degree in Nursing

•        Post Basic qualification in ICU (Critical Care)

•        Proven experience in management or supervisory roles

•        Current registration with SANC

•        Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

•        Ability to implement clinical governance, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of patient care
