Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term loyalty.

• Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Consistently manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing deals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance on company systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences and prompt follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric).

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.

• Experience in financial services or insurance will be advantageous.

Verantwoordelikhede

• Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met bestaande en nuwe kliënte om langtermyn lojaliteit te verseker.
• Voer deeglike behoeftes-analises met kliënte om geskikte produkte en oplossings aan te bied.
• Berei en lewer verkooppresentasies en produkdemonstrasies aan kliënte.
• Volg verkoopsprosesse konsekwent op – van eerste kontak tot kontraksluiting.
• Behaal en oortref maandelikse en kwartaallikse verkoopsdoelwitte.
• Hou akkurate rekords van verkoopsaktiwiteite, kliëntinteraksies en prestasie opdatabesisteme.
• Werk nou saam met interne spanne om ’n gladde kliënte-ervaring en vinnige opvolg te verseker.

Vereistes

• Minimum Matriek.
• Ten minste 1 jaar ondervinding in ’n verkoopsrol
• Ervaring in finansiële dienste of versekering sal voorkeur geniet

• Uitstekende kommunikasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede.
• Sterk organisatoriese en opvolgvermoëns.
