What You’ll Be Doing
Creating engaging email campaigns and blog content that showcase products and drive sales
Developing and supporting marketing strategies in collaboration with management
Writing SEO-optimised product descriptions and understanding Google Ads requirements
Working across ecommerce platforms to manage product content, uploads, updates, and optimisation
Maintaining existing product listings, including adding new products and removing or updating discontinued items across our websites
Managing and updating social media channels in line with marketing campaigns
Researching new products, markets, and competitors to inform content and product strategy
Liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate, compelling product messaging
Using Excel for data tasks, including product uploads and performance tracking
Engaging with new systems and tools as the business evolves, contributing to process improvements
Staying organised, meeting deadlines, and supporting ad-hoc tasks as required
Training & Support
Full product training will be provided to ensure strong product knowledge and confidence
System and platform training will be provided, including ecommerce tools and internal systems
Clear goals, expectations, and performance targets will be set to support your development and success

Candidate Requirements
RequirementsA creative storyteller with strong writing skills and marketing awareness
Experience or a strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, or similar)
Confidence maintaining and managing product listings across multiple websites
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies
Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva)
Confidence using Excel, including formulas for data analysis and uploads
Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace and product listing best practices
A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with strong research skills
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
A proactive team player who is also comfortable working independently
Boating or marine product knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
