We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's logistics operations, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. The Logistics Administrator will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers
-Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
-Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule and track deliveries
-Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules
-Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays or damaged goods
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely shipment of products
-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
-Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to logistics operations
-Other duties as assigned
