About the RoleThe Lodge Manager is responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior lodge or hotel management
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership background
• Experience managing luxury hospitality teams and multi-department operations
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or equivalent
